We hear, “What happens in Vegas stays in Vegas” all of the time but that is no longer true. That is when it comes to the real estate. Things are definitely changing. The las vegas real estate is listed as the top 10 best real estate opportunities because of the low prices they are experiencing. That means good deals for investors. There are big transformations going on in Vegas right including the infamous Strip. It is turning into a high density urban area that is sure to get attention. There are buildings being built to include a new government building, Performing Arts Center, retail properties and extensive office spaces which have a price tag of over $5. The city is in a dramatic change including the las vegas high rise condos for residents to live in a central location. We have always associated Nevada with gambling. It is a huge draw for Vegas but now there are also many tourists that come for the China Market. With Las Vegas being safe from natural disasters from the weather and the area being so popular it is easy to see why large businesses would be attracted to this area. Now for the residents of Las Vegas. There is lake las vegas that is a beautiful area along with the homes for sale in Summerlin for potential residents to shop for their dream homes.
